Kathy McCarver
Director of Operations
Kathy oversees day-to-day operations and leads the team that keeps every project on time, within budget, and built to the highest quality standards. Her strategic, hands-on leadership is a big reason Aquanauts consistently exceeds client expectations.
Shane Morgan
3D Graphics Pool Designer
Shane is our in-house 3D designer, and he does the job with a smile. He builds each rendering around your design concept and works in everything on your wish list. Once it's complete, you can review your 3D design and make changes before construction begins.
Rusty Robinson
In-House Design Consultant
Rusty guides clients through every aspect of their design, improving its look, function, and overall quality. As a Master Plumber, he knows the codes and standards your project must meet, and he keeps our field project managers informed whenever requirements change. He takes pride in leading both in the office and in the field.
Jamie Stimmel
Field Project Manager
Jamie is a results-driven project manager with 5 years of experience in swimming pool construction. He brings together leadership, technical expertise, and project management skills to keep every build on track.

Aquanauts designed and built our custom pool and spa. We met with the Aquanauts team for the first time in November of 2024. They said they could start the dig as early as February 2025 and quoted us 6-8 weeks for the install. Despite several weeks of ideation and design tweaks (including over the holidays and during construction!), we filled our pool on Easter Sunday, less than 8 weeks from the dig date.
When you say you are building a pool in Waco, everyone you talk to will ask the same question: "Are you working with Aquanauts or someone else?" Aquanauts has earned their reputation as, by far, the best pool contractor in Central Texas. The entire team is friendly, communicates well, and sticks to their timelines. With their support and welcomed guidance, they extended our back patio, stamped the concrete, added an outdoor kitchen, planted 10+ trees, added rock and landscape in various areas (front and back yard), and revamped the back forty (which the builder had left unsodded and unwatered) into a peaceful garden surrounded by fruit trees and new sod with irrigation. We were truly thankful to work with such a great team, and we definitely recommend!!
